Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of GFE.live, an adults-only platform for private, one-to-one messaging between identity-verified creators and their fans. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use GFE.live.

2. Eligibility

GFE.live is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and you confirm this at the age gate before entering the platform. Creators must additionally complete identity verification establishing that they are 18 or older, and must pass our application and human review process, before they can publish or earn. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend any account we believe is operated by or for a minor.

3. The service

GFE.live provides private one-to-one messaging between creators and fans. There is no public feed, no search, and no creator directory: creators share their personal gfe.live/<handle> link directly, and fans connect through that link. Creators set their own prices, and fans always see the token price of an interaction before spending.

4. Tokens

  • Fans purchase tokens in packs of 100, 250, 500, 1,000, or 2,500. One token is priced at US$0.10.
  • Tokens are a virtual, limited-license means of paying for interactions on the platform. They are not money or stored value, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between users or redeemed outside the platform.
  • Tokens are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
  • We may change token pricing or pack sizes prospectively; tokens already purchased remain usable.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors, including NowPayments for cryptocurrency payments. Prices are displayed before you confirm a purchase. You are responsible for the payment credentials you use and for any network or processor fees applied by your payment method.

6. Creator earnings and payouts

  • Creators receive the full token value of what fans spend with them — the default platform fee is 0%. Individual creators may have a custom fee arrangement; any custom rate is shown on their page. The platform earns revenue from optional memberships.
  • Earnings accrue from paid messages (at the per-message price set by the creator), pay-per-view photo unlocks, per-minute voice and video calls, and tips.
  • Payouts are manual: every payout is reviewed by a human before release. We may delay, hold, or refuse a payout where we suspect fraud, payment reversals, or violations of these Terms or the Content Policy.
  • Creators act as independent contractors, not employees or agents of GFE.live, and are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations.

7. Content

Adult content is permitted between consenting, verified adults within the limits of our Content Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We have zero tolerance for content involving minors, non-consensual content, or trafficking: such content is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. Reported content is reviewed by human moderators, and accounts may be suspended or terminated. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate any unlawful activity;
  • access, or attempt to access, another user's account or private messages;
  • scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the platform by automated means without our written consent;
  • interfere with, probe, or disrupt the security or operation of the service;
  • share your account, or use the platform on behalf of anyone other than yourself.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Content Policy, or that create risk for other users or the platform. Unused tokens are not refundable on closure or termination except as required by law. Creator payouts may be held while an account is under review.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. GFE.live provides the platform and payment infrastructure but is not a party to the interactions between creators and fans, and is not responsible for creator content except as described in our Content Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its revision date. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
