Our position

GFE.live is an adults-only platform for private, one-to-one messaging between identity-verified creators and their fans. All visual content on the platform is produced and uploaded by independent creators, not by GFE.live. Although GFE.live is not the producer of that content, we voluntarily maintain age-verification and record-keeping practices consistent with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, to the extent those provisions apply.

Age verification and records

Every creator must complete identity verification — including a government-issued photo identity document establishing that they are 18 years of age or older — and must pass human review before publishing any content. Records confirming the age and identity of creators are collected at verification and retained as required by law.

Creator certification

Creators are the producers of the content they upload. By uploading content, each creator certifies that every person depicted is 18 years of age or older, was 18 or older at the time the content was produced, appears with their consent, and that the creator maintains the records required of producers under 18 U.S.C. §2257 where applicable.
